While the rooms were decent, they were smaller than expected with a very tight bathroom. The staff provided exceptional service, being extremely kind, polite, happy, and helpful. The location, though a little far from the city center, was well communicated with tram access. The dining experience was good but could have been better for a 5-star hotel. Overall, the facilities were satisfying with room for improvement.
